Bridge Crossing Will Soon Cost
˘600 Colones
The Consejo Nacional de Vialidad
(Conavi) in has been looking for
ways to increase its income has

cross.
Trucks and buses will pay more,

on the number of axles.
The bridge was built and paid
for by the Taiwanese and

Guanacaste beaches.
In the past, visitors to the
area had two options: take the
long route up to Liberia and
then come down again to visit
places like Tamarindo and Samara
or wait the long and sometimes
endless lines to cross by ferry.
Up to now crossing the bridge

for speeders who insist on
ignoring the 60Kmh speed limit.
