Captured in Guanacaste
One of the men most wanted by
the United States Federal Bureau
of Investigation (FBI), was
captured in Costa Rica by the
Costa Rican Dirección de
Inteligencia y Seguridad
Nacional (DIS) and INTERPOL, in
co-ordination with the Organismo
de Investigación Judicial (OIJ)
in Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste.
