Wanted Sex Offender Captured in Guanacaste
One of the men most wanted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), was captured in Costa Rica by the Costa Rican Dirección de Inteligencia y Seguridad Nacional (DIS) and INTERPOL, in co-ordination with the Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) in Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste.
