Cuba Solidarity Drive in
Guatemala
A campaign of solidarity
with Cuba and for the
release of five Cuban
anti-terrorist fighters
unfairly imprisoned in
United States is
expected in Guatemala
July 13-26, organizers
stated.
The agenda includes a
public act in the
University of San
Carlos, a
video-conference at the
Aula Magna of that
higher education center
on July 20, an act in
Santa Lucia
Cotzumalguapa, southern
department of Escuintla,
and a cultural gala at
the "25 de Julio"
Central Park.
"From Guatemala through
Cuba" is the name of
this drive, which
expects the
participation of members
from the
Anti-imperialist Bloc,
the Guatemalan National
Revolutionary Unity, the
Broad Movement of the
Left, and grassroots and
student organizations. |
