Nicaraguan Embassy Moves
Beginning Monday, September 4, the Nicaraguan embassy in Costa Rica will be moved from its present location in Barrio California to Curridabat.

The new embassy will be located 200 metres south and 50 metres east of the Centro Comercial Plaza Mayor. The move will cause some confusion at the beginning as the consular section will remain at its current location. The consular section attends to more than 500 Nicaraguans daily.

The move, according to Nicaraguan Ambassador, Leopold Ramírez Eva, is to give the two bodies more autonomy and offer better services.
