US Anti-Cuban Plan Reiterated
The US government reiterated on Monday its pro-intervention plan against Cuba aimed at terminating the Island"s political process.

As leaked by press reports, the declared objective of the text is to tighten the blockade with steps including the tracking of Cuban exports in order to halt them whenever possible.

Funds allocated to support activities of violent anti-Cuban groups exceed 80 million dollars, beside huge sums to escalate propaganda campaigns against the Island.

The Bush Plan seeks above all to step up the hurdles to Cuba"s trade operations and prevent Cuban residents in the US from sending remittances to their families in Cuba, even by a third country, in order to make the Cuban people yield.

The document goes beyond, to the point of setting guidelines for an increased US intervention in what they consider will be the period after the demise of the government led by President Fidel Castro.

The presence of a sort of US-appointed Governor to lead an allegedly true government in Cuba is ratified in the text.

Private property will prevail, which means the devolution of properties to owners of the time of Fulgencio Batista"s dictatorship.

A chapter of this report remains a secret. According to many, it is about the preparation of military attacks, including US assistance in assassination plots which have repeatedly failed so far.

In fact, the new report of the Commission hardly introduces changes in the US anti-Cuban strategy, but rather stresses US interference in the Island"s internal affairs, without bothering too much to hide their intentions from world public opinion.
