Costa Rica To Seek Energy Deal with Venezuela
A report by Venezuela's Diario El Universal says that Costa Rica may join Guatemala in seeking an oil agreement with Venezuela. The report was confirmed by Costa Rican incoming Ambiented y Energia (Environment and Energy) minister Roberto Dobles.
