Costa Rican Red Cross: 120 years

President Pacheco Close to Tears
President Abel Pacheo admitted in the Vatican that he was deeply moved on seeing the corpse of Pope John Paul II.

"I'm not easily moved, but I was close to tears," he admitted to daily La Nación writer Alvaro Murillo.

Unprecedented mourning was evident in Costa Rica, largely a Catholic nation, with the passing away of the head of the Roman Church.
