The International Court of Justice ruled
in favour of Costa Rica's demand that
Nicaragua lift restrictions on its
tourist and commercial boats on the San
Juan river, that borders both countries.

president, Oscar Arias, is not ready to give
on Honduras and feels confident that a
solution to the current political crisis can
be found, and as such has called on both
sides for a second round of talks.
Heredia Train

Heredianos must wait until August to take
the commuter train to San Jose and back,
according to Instituto Costarricense de
Ferrocarriles (INCOFER), who has been
working feverishly to ready the train
locomotives, cars and track, but bogged down
with a legal issue filed last month, halting
the June 30 start date.

If all goes well, Costa Rica will have more
than one cellular provider as early as May
or June next year, according to George Miley,
president of the Consejo de la
Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones (Sutel).
Air Comet Is Back With
Three Weekly Flights From Spain
The Spanish airliner, Air comet, is back in
Costa Rica with three flights daily between
Madrid, Spain, and San Jose, Costa Rica,
after an eight month hiatus, cancelling all
flights to Costa Rica.

The San Jose - Alajuela route on the
autopista General Caρas will be
completely closed off tonight until
5am Monday.

Honduras Interim Government Suspends Curfew

post-coup government on Sunday suspended the
curfew, part of a martial law that has been
in place since July 28, when soldiers seized
President Manuel Zelaya and forced him to
