Rains Continue Into Day
7 in Limón
Its been seven days and
it is still raining in
the province of Limón
forcing the government
to call a national
emergency for the
Caribbean province. The
southern part of the
province, like in
Talamanca, Sixaola and
Bribri, some 30.000
people are affected.
Ley de Transito Passed
in First Reading
Legislators kept their
promise, yesterday, at
7:25pm, voted in favour
of the tougher fines and
sanctions against drunk
and irresponsible
drivers. The final vote
for the first reading of
the Ley de Tránsito was
37 in favour and 4
against.
