Caribbean coast and Northern
Zone, received more rain than
the entire month of March,
causing the Comisión Nacional de
Emergencias (CNE) to send out an
"yellow" alert for the entire
area.

yesterday, when more rain fell

drains contributed to the
flooded streets and houses,
while the

giant, Microsoft, announced
yesterday that it will be suing
a small Costa Rican company
located on Paseo Colón, for
selling it's Windows XP and
Office products illegally.
