28 New Cases of AH1N1 Flu: Total Now 177
The ministerio de Salud de Costa Rican
reported on Thursday 28 new cases of AH1N1
influenza, totaling 177 cases in the
country.
The ministry said in a press release that
the majority of the patients infected with
AH1N1 flu were 30 years old and under
Five of the seven provinces in the country
have reported AH1N1flu patients The
provinces of Puntarenas and Limon are the
only ones without case.
Salud officials said that to the moment
2,493 suspected cases have been
investigated, of which 2,156 were discarded
and 157 are waiting test results.
