Managua - The Nicaraguan
Institute of Territorial Studies (INETER)
reported on Tuesday that an earthquake of
5.7-magnitude hit the country on Tuesday.
The earthquake struck at 2:50 p.m. local
time (2050 GMT) in the coordinated 14.20
north and 90.77 west, and the epicenter was
located 216 km deep in the Pacific Ocean,
according to INETER report.
There was no immediate reports of victims
and material damages resulted from the
quake.
