Nicaraguan Newspaper Denounces US Double
Standard
The
double standard of the US government to measure
terrorism was denounced by a Nicaraguan
newspaper Wednesday, when it reported about a
possible terrorist plot against US, and the
liberation of Luís Posada Carriles.
"Bad Terrorism in US: They Frustrate and they
Stop a Command Preparing Soldiers' Murder", the
cover of Nicaraguan El Nuevo Diario said, when
reporting the arrest of Islamics that had forged
an attack against a military from New Jersey.
The criminal, intellectual author of the
explosion of an airplane of Cubana de Aviacion
with 73 passengers on board in 1976, and of
other attacks against the Caribbean island, was
to be judged for migratory fraud in El Paso,
Texas, but was released of charges.
Posada Carriles is claimed by Venezuela from
which national territory escaped in 1985, when
he was processed for his participation in the
explosion of the Cuban airplane, but the US
justice refuses to extradite him.
Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega announced he
will also request the terrorist's extradition
some days ago, to judge him for the crimes that
he made in Nicaragua, during the dirty war the
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) financed
against the Sandinista Revolution in the 80´s.
