Marti Memoirs in Guatemala
Jose
Marti's memoirs were presented in Guatemala in a
book titled "Marti, A Permanent Dialogue."
Launched at the Fourth Scientific Conference
based on the Cuban national hero, the collection
highlights the universal scope of his thinking.
In this book the reader will discover 13 texts
arranged in six topics, noted Mayra Beatriz
Martinez from the Marti Research Center in Cuba.
The collection tackles Latin America through the
eyes of Jose Marti, Cuban National Hero, and
shows his vision of the US, ethics and teaching,
among others.
The text, from Letra Negra editorial, is
sponsored by the universities of Rafael Landivar,
San Carlos of Guatemala, and the Cuban embassy.
