Libya,
Nicaragua Talk Cooperation
Cooperation between Africa and Latin America
topped a talk between Presidents Muammar el
Kadhafi (Libya) and Daniel Ortega (Nicaragua) in
Syrte, east of Tripoli on Tuesday night.
Ortega arrived in Libya from Algeria, as part of
a regional tour that includes Iran, according to
the official program.
Monday, Ortega met with Algerian President
Abdelaziz Buteflika and signed an agreement to
set up a joint commission in every sphere and a
mechanism for political consultation.
