Ticos Less Optimistic of
the Economic Future

Ricans who feel that the
country is doing better
over last year has
diminished by 24%
according to a report by
the Spanish language
daily, La Nación.
The study was done
between February and
July of this year and
compared to the results
of a similar study done
for the same period last
year.
The study reveals also
reveals that optimism on
how the country will do
economically during the
next year also fell.
Today, the study group
is 23% less optimistic

The results indicate
that less people feel
that they and their
families are better off
this year than last and
less are optimistic of
