New Realty Executives Coming To Costa Rica
Realty Executives International announced that it has sold the franchising rights for Costa Rica.

Kelly Froelich and Ron Batt, both of Scottsdale, Arizona, purchased the franchise rights and plan to develop the Realty Executives brand throughout the country.

The first office in the newly established region is set to open in the coastal community of Jacó. The office is on schedule to open by October 2006. Froelich and Batt are placing a high emphasis on recruiting efforts for this office and others which are already in development. Initially the pair plans to focus on selling franchises and recruiting in the Pacific coastal areas, including San José, the country’s capital city.

“We are thrilled to be expanding the Realty Executives brand into the growing country of Costa Rica,” said Rich Rector, president and CEO of Realty Executives International. “The tourism industry in Costa Rica is growing at such a rapid pace, and this will further expand our referral opportunities. Ron and Kelly are the perfect combination to develop this area and I look forward to helping them grow this dynamic region in the coming years.”

Both Froelich and Batt are veterans in the U.S. real estate industry. Froelich has been formally practicing real estate in Arizona since 2000 and has been a real estate investor since 1982. Additionally, Froelich’s wife, Lori, is an agent in the Realty Executives Scottsdale Ranch office. Batt is no stranger to the industry, either, and has been practicing in Arizona for nine years.

“Our goal is to develop and grow the region in Costa Rica by providing our agents and customers with the highest levels of customer service,” said Froelich. “We are hiring agents and administrative staff who speak both Spanish and English to effectively service the needs of our American and Costa Rican clients.”

Realty Executives International, the nation’s first 100% commission company, has been perfecting its business model for more than 40 years and is one of the fastest-growing real estate franchises in the United States.

The Phoenix-based, privately held firm has offices in eight countries, including the United States, Canada, South Africa, Mexico, Australia, Israel, Indonesia and Singapore. Publications like Entrepreneur, Success and Inc. magazines have regularly ranked Realty Executives International, Inc. as a leader based on franchise growth, management stability and financial soundness.
