Drugs Sold With the Morning Newspaper
A 34 year old woman was arrested yesterday by agents of the Sección de Estupefacientes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) following an investigation into complaints that the woman was not selling just newspapers on her corner at Avenida 2 and Calle 8, but including crack, marijuana and cocaine in her "combo especial".

According to other newspaper vendors in the area and preferred to remain anonymous fearing reprisals, they found it strange that the woman had clients in luxury cars and high school students who would drop by on a regular basis when the woman would yell out "lleve, lleve sy comobo especial", later learning why.

When the woman was arrested, police found on her possession 59 marijuana cigarettes and other illicit drugs that she would easily roll into the morning paper for customers. Police had the woman under investigation for the past month before they decided they had enough evidence to affect an arrest.
