Cubans Stage Military Exercises
Thousands of Cubans are carrying out this Saturday and Sunday defensive military drills, in case of an eventual US military aggression.

All the country's defense councils, military officers and commands, the Production and Defense Brigades, Special Forces, Territorial Troop´s Militias, reservists and civilians have been mobilized to take part in two National Defense Days.

The island's defensive system demonstrates the Cuban All People´s War concept, considered the only alternative to face up and win a US military attack.

This not only implies participation of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and Interior Ministry in the national and territorial defense, directed by the Cuban Communist Party, but also the whole population.

Cuban military doctrine is based on the principle that the country could be invaded and even partially occupied at a high cost, but it would never be dominated, conquered or defeated.
