Guadalajara Closes Book Fair
The 19th Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL) closes Sunday with a long awaited concert by Tania Libertad.

During a press conference on Saturday, Libertad, by many considered the greatest Mexican artist, talked about her beginnings in her homeland and how she participated in a great musical movement in the 1970´s.

The book fair concluded with many activities including conferences, award ceremonies and meetings like the First International Meeting of Journalists which gathered many communication professionals.

One of the highlights of the day was the conclusion of a series of book talks by one of the most celebrated Spanish writers, Fernando Savater.

Among the authors whose books were presented this year stood out Fernando Savater, Beatriz Escalante and Antonio Dom¡nguez Ocampo.
