lack of preventive maintenance, especially
when it comes to its bridges and in
particular the Virilla and Juan Pablo II
bridges.

Costa Rica health officials have
confirmed nine deaths from the
AH1N1 flu virus. The confirmation of the
latest two deaths was made by the
ministra de Salud, María Luisa Ávila.

Costa Rican authorities seized
1.4 tons of cocaine being smuggled on a
speedboat in the Pacific and arrested four
Colombians, who were turned over to

CSU Students, Veterinarians Provide Free

FORT COLLINS - Colorado State University
students spayed and neutered more than 240
animals for free in makeshift five-day
clinic, filling a great need for cat and dog
care. Set up in a school gymnasium in San

veterinarians used baby cribs and school
desks as surgery tables and soccer goalie
boxes as IV carts.

The Refinadora Costarricense de Petroleo (RECOPE)
and the China National Petroleum Corporation
(CNPC) on Wednesday signed a supplement
contract for the establishment of a joint
venture to build an oil refinery. |
