Costa Rican health and education
authorities jointly decided to extend
the mid-year school vacation an
additional week in an attempt to curb
the spread of the AH1N1 virus that has
claimed six lives already in Costa Rica.

victim of the AH1N1 flu virus, the
ministerio de Salud confirming the death
Monday afternoon.
