The government sees with optimism the
most recent poll by the Universidad de
Costa Rica (UCR), where the "Si" has a
12% advantage over the "No". Rodrigo
Arias, ministro de la Presidencia, said
he considers the numbers real and is
confident that Costa Ricans will vote to
approve the Tratado de Libre Comercio
(TLC) come October 7.
