Government Readying For TLC
Approval
Tomorrow, the government of
Oscar Arias Sánchez faces the
toughest challenge of its eight
months as the Legislative
Assembly becomes ground zero for
the Tratado de Libre Comercio
(TLC) - the trade agreement
between the United States and
the Central American nations and
the Dominican Republic,known
outside of Costa Rica as CAFTA-DR.
