Arias Back in Costa Rica After Visiting Doctors in US
 Costa Rican president, Oscar Arias, is back in Costa Rica, arriving on Saturday after undergoing medical treatment in the United States.

Arias flew to Philadelphia on Tuesday, were he met with specialists to treat his throat problems, who told the prez to rest his voice by keeping quiet for the next several weeks and avoid surgery.
