Chinese Film Festival Begins Today
The Cinépolis movie theatre in Terramall will be the location of the first Chinese Film Festival to take place in Costa Rica. The film festival will run from today through to Sunday.

Terramall is located in Tres Ríos, east of San José, on the highway to Cartago.

The price of entry is ¢2.100 colones for two for each movie being shown. All profits will go to the Alajuelita high school, according the film festival organizers.

The festival is an attempt to bring the cultures of the two nations closer together now that Costa Rica and China are trade partners.

The films are in Chinese with Spanish subtitles, pretty difficult you cannot speak Chinese and read Spanish.
