The Instituto Meteorológico Nacional (IMN) -
national weather service - is predicting
heavy rains, more than usual, in the coming
days, for the Central Valley and Pacific.
IMN's Eladio Solano said that the hot
mornings are condition for downpours in the
afternoons and at night.
Solano confirmed that this week the
transition to the "rainy" season will be
complete.
