Obama Would Be Elected President In Tico Vote
According to poll taken by Demoscopia for the Spanish language daily, Al Día, 69% of Costa Ricans favour Barack Obama in today's U.S. presidential elections, while only 8.4% favour McCain.

If the U.S. elections where held in Costa Rica, Obama would be a shoe-in.

The poll was taken during the last week in October taking into account the response of 1.005 people in urban and rural areas of the country.

The poll also revealed that 81.4 of Ticos were well informed of the U.S. elections.
