arrived in Colombia
Friday evening for a
two-day visit, which is
expected to focus on
trade, investment,
energy and border
security.
An itinerary released by
the Colombian foreign
ministry showed that
Lula will hold talks
with Colombian President
Alvaro Uribe to discuss
the issues of trade,
investment, environment,
security on the
Colombian-Brazilian
border, defense and
clean energy.
During the visit, the
two countries are due to
sign a series of
agreements to strengthen
bilateral cooperation.
