Brazilian investment.
To the businessmen in

nation, Arias explained
that the high
development of the Costa
Rican human capital is
the strongest incentive
that anyone has to
invest here.
The chief executive has
high hopes that his tour
of the home of Brazilian
industry, Sao Paulo, as
well as the visit to
Costa Rica that his peer
Luis Inacio Lula da
Silva pledged for early
next year, will open
vast business
opportunities for both
nations.
