During his recent visit to Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Costa Rican President Oscar Arias dedicated a large amount of time to the promotion of Costa Rica as a destination for Brazilian investment.

To the businessmen in the South American nation, Arias explained that the high development of the Costa Rican human capital is the strongest incentive that anyone has to invest here.

The chief executive has high hopes that his tour of the home of Brazilian industry, Sao Paulo, as well as the visit to Costa Rica that his peer Luis Inacio Lula da Silva pledged for early next year, will open vast business opportunities for both nations.
