TLC To
Be Reviewed By Sala IV Before Referendum Voting
At the
request of a group of legislators, the Sala
Constitucional or Sala IV as it is often
referred to (Constitutional Court) has said it
will fully review the Tratado de Libre Comercio
(TLC) - free trade agreement with the United
States - before Costa Ricans will get to vote on
it in the referendum slated for Septemebr 23.

Hotels Expansion Plans Include Costa Rica
In its
global expansion plans, Hilton Hotels corp has
signed deals to build 55 hotels, which include a
project in Costa Rica. In Central America,
Hilton has planned projects in Panama and the
Dominican Republic as well.

If the
Banco Nacional's proposal is approved, drivers
can put away they change used to pay tolls and
use their bank card instead.
