Jornada."
The daily headlined the
article "Letter from
Fidel Castro to Hugo
Chavez," and highlights
Cuba's recognition of
the brave and wise
decision by the
Bolivarian leader to
accept results of the
constitutional
referendum with dignity
and ethics.
The text also refers to
the content of the Cuban
leader's reflection two
days before the
consultation, entitled
"A People under Fire,"
in which President Fidel
Castro warned of the
period of risk Venezuela
lives.
On the other hand, the
Mexican publication,
like other dailies of
the country, highlights
congratulations received
by Chavez from several
Latin American
governments and
international
