Chavez Venezuelans to the
Socialist Party

Chavez asserted the United
Socialist Party (PSUV) will have
several million candidates to
enter the organization.
During a swearing-in ceremony of
a group of 16 thousand 786
activists of this unitary
project held in Caracas
Polyhedron, the dignitary
previously said it will be the
biggest revolutionary party in
Latin American and national
history.
He reiterated that the
Foundation Congress will be held
on August 15, made up of 2200
delegates who will determine
from the party's name up to the
guidelines, the leading
documents and its strategy.
A popular consultation will be
held on December 2 to seal the
party's legality.
The CEN will organize the will
expression process of being
party's member (collection of
signatures) starting on April 29
until June 2 (for six weekends).
The works for building a unitary
force will count with about 70
thousand activists who will
undertake an offensive to reach
the grass roots, until
Venezuela's last corner.
The Unitary project does not
allow sects and fractions in the
process and take care of it from
any deviation.
