Equipped with over 16 million
registered voters, Venezuelans
move towards new objectives in
the preparatory stage of
presidential elections this
coming December.
Preliminary figures released
today by the National Electoral
Council (NEC) were set at 16
million 81 thousand 791

the 335 municipalities of the
country.
Only in the month of August and
until September 4, a date limit
established by NEC, 423,340 new
