Oliver North Visits Nicaragua
Oliver North, said on a visit to Nicaragua he hopes voters will not elect Sandinista candidate Daniel Ortega in the November 5 presidential election.

North,  the former White House aide who was a central figure in the 1980s U.S. covert program to finance Contra rebels in Nicaragua via arms sales to Iran, was in Nicaragua to meet with presidential candidate José Rizo of the Liberal Constitutionalist Party.
