Banana Producer Signs Collective Agreement with Workers
The private Costa Rican company Bananera Atlántica (COBAL) has decided to sign a collective agreement (CA) with the union of its workers.

Around 200 employees profit from the agreement, with holidays, money for school utensils for the children and such.

Standards for proportional wage increases have been determined and the company will help employees with the financing of private PC projects.

Cobal is the second company to sign such a CA and proves its progressiveness this way.
