police say escaped to Costa Rica
after killing his aunt three
years ago, will likely be back
in the Tri-State in a couple of
weeks.
A Costa Rican judge upheld the
decision to extradite Russell
Winstead. He was arrested in
Costa Rica in February of last
year after someone recognized
him on "America's Most Wanted."
Winstead is accused of stabbing
85-year-old Ann Branson to death
in her home.
Police believe he may have
killed her because he owed her
money to pay gambling debts.
