Candidates to today's municipal elections spend the day yesterday in last minute preparations, as today Costa Ricans head to the polls to choose their municipal representatives.

New Concessions Bill by April
Costa Rican legislators are preparing to discuss a new concessions bill and have it approved by April 2007, a national concession council (CNC) official said.
