Richard Feldman, MBA, was named as manager of the Costa Rican program. Feldman has worked for several national hospital management companies in the U.S., earning awards for outstanding leadership and clinical excellence. In CR, he served as Director of Operations for Hospital CIMA San Jose, the only private hospital in Costa Rica accredited in quality processes by the Ministry of Health.
