Fair This Weekend
Looking for work in Costa Rica?
Well, the first Feria Nacional
de Empleo will be held this
weekend, with some 2.000 jobs
being offered by various private
companies in industry and
services.
Sixty companies will be offering
jobs for cooks, mechanics,
electricians, tour guides,
pilots and computer experts
among other positions.
The job fair is being held at
the offices of the Instituto
Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA),
located in the old technical
institute Don Bosco (250 metres
south of Pizza Hut on Paseo
Colón), on April 28 and 29.
The job fair is being sponsored
by the INA, the Ministerio de
Trabajo (Labour Ministry),
chambers and private business
associations.
To attend the job fail, visitors
have to fill out a registation
form at the entrance or can
download it online at
www.mtss.go.cr and
bring it with them.
The hours of the job fair are
between 12 noon and 6pm on
Friday and 10am and 6pm on
Saturday and is free.
