Actor Peter Weller Excited About Owning Pre-developed Costa Rican Land
Actor Peter Weller of Fox’s hit TV Show “24” and the blockbuster movie “Robocop” may eventually be building a new vacation home in southern Costa Rica.

Weller has received an acre plot of undeveloped land in Phase Three, known as ‘The Heights of Pacifica’ from Paragon Properties of Costa Rica, a Hollywood, Florida based company specializing in selling pre-developed land on Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coast.

Weller and Paragon Property’s Chairman of the Board, Bill Gale, are long time friends having vacationed together in Italy many times over the last decade. Gale and Weller found themselves talking about the exciting developments in Central America during a recent family vacation in December 2005. Gale took the conversation to the next level in early April 2006 when he offered Weller his own plot of land in his new Phase Three development.

According to Gale, “Peter is a great person and just the kind of neighbor people will want living in our new ‘Phase Three - Heights of Pacifica’ gated community located in Parrita overlooking the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. We are excited to have Peter join us as we develop this exciting area of the world. And I am sure our current land owners will feel safer knowing that ‘Robocop’ is living in their neighborhood.”
