Expotur a Success
Expotur is expected to generate
us$100 million dollars for Costa
Rica in the next 12 months,
according to a census by the
Asociación Costarricense de
Profesionales en Turismo (ACOPROT)
who organized the activity held
at the Hotel Herradura and
Convention Centre, west of San
José.
Organizers made a census among
the participants of the tourism
event that foresee more than 1
million visitors to Costa Rica
in the coming 12 months.
Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica
and Guatemala (1-2-1) are tied
for third place with four
points, and Panama (0-2-2) is
last with two points.
