Work on Airport Terminal To
Begin in January
For more than two years work on
the Juan Santamaría
International (San José) has
been stopped. However, come
January work will resume,
according to Alterra in their
response to a recent court
decision that ordered both the
government and Alterra Partners
to complete the work on the
terminal building.
In a letter to the Consejo
Técnico de Aviación Civil,
Alterra said it will begin work
in the next month but will wait
until May, when the peak travel
season ends, to start the major
work to complete the terminal
building, including access
ramps.
