“Guachimán”Arrested For Abusing Minors
An undocumented Nicaraguan national who was working as "watchman" in Barrio El Cacique de Aserrí (south of San José) was arrested by police for sexually abusing two minors aged 11 and 12.

The 22 year old watchman, Espinoza Samora, was arrested by police at his guardhouse, the same location where the abuse occurred according to the complaints made against the man. Police say that the man would invite the children into the guardhouse where he would then sexually abuse them.

Police say that the children were abused on several occasions but it wasn't until Monday that the children came forward and a complaint was made. Police say they did not hesitate to arrest the “Guachimán” soon after the complaint was made and in front of the people he was hired by.
