Cuba Shows Its Products at Trade Fair Vietnam Expo-2005
Cuba is participating in the 15th Trade Fair Vietnam Expo-2005 opening in Hanoi Wednesday with some 700 pavilions and stands where many local and foreign companies exhibit their products.

The giant marketplace, one of Vietnam´s main trade promotional events, will include products from 20 nations and territories at Hanoi´s modern fair grounds.

The variety of products include processed food, electric and electronic appliances, communication and transportation equipments, apparels and other fabrics, agricultural products and construction material and equipments, mineral exploitation equipments, motors, engines, and spare parts, crafts, leather items, among others.

Cuba has set up six stands in a 54-square meter area where institutions and companies are exhibiting their products. Some of the Cuban institutions are the Chamber of Commerce, the Cuban Exports Promotion Center (MINCEX), scientific centers such as HEBERT BIOTEC, CIMAB and VACUNAS FINLAY.S.A.

Other Cuban companies participating are TECNOAZUCAR, GRUPO DE LA ELECTRONICA, LABIOFAM, HAVANA CLUB S.A., QUALITY CORIER and EMPRESA MIXTA VIC.

Cuban representatives will deliver a lecture about the Cuban banking system and participate in a business meeting at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce building.
