More than 300.000 Vehicle Owners Exposed To Fines and Confiscation For Not Paying the 2010 Marchamo
As of the close of business Monday the Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS) reports that 322.837 vehicle owners have yet to pay the 2010 Marchamo - vehicular circulation permit, that was due on December 31, 2009.


With The New Year Comes A Wave of Price Increases
The new year is here and so is a wave of price increases for services like taxis, buses, gasoline, water and electricity. All increases were approved by the Autoridad Reguladora de los Servicios Públicos (Aresep) in 2009 and take effect in the new year.
