Honduran Crisis Talks In Costa Rica Today
The stage has been set, literally, outside
the private home of Costa Rican, Oscar
Arias, where talks by representatives of
deposed Honduran president Manuel Zelaya and
the country's de facto government will
meet and announce their progress by the end
of the day.
