some
10.000
working
hydrants
in the
next
eight
years.
Currently,
no
public
institution
has had
the
responsibility
of
maintaining
the
hydrants.
The
Cuerpo
de
Bomberos
(fire
fighters)
pushed
for the
change
as more
than
half of
the
currently
installed
hydrants
do not
