Mel Gibson has got used to talking himself
out of trouble, so he'll have no trouble
explaining why's he been snapped embracing a
lady in the Costa Rican surf.
The Mad Max star appears in damage control
after being photographed on a secluded beach
near his Costa Rican estate embracing a
bikini-clad beauty - not his wife.
While the identity of the woman in the
photos remains a mystery, reports suggest it
is Russian musician Oksana, to whom Gibson
was first linked in September while filming
the film Edge of Darkness.
News he has been photographed in potentially
compromising company could scandalize
Gibson, a devout and conservative Catholic,
and his wife of 28 years and mother of his
seven children, Robyn Moore, 52.
Gibson's publicist yesterday said talk of
divorce and infidelity were "100 per cent
untrue".
